Introduction of self-insulation concrete block

Performance Description

Compressive strength of product:

HB self-insulation concrete block is mainly used for non-load-bearing walls, and its strength is divided into Mu5.0, Mu7.5 and Mu10.0.

Heat transfer coefficient:

The first level is K 0.45w/m K

Class II K 0.5w/m K

Class III is K 0.6 w/m K

The fourth grade is K 0.63 w/m K

Natural bulk density:

Below 950kg per cubic meter

drying shrinkage rate:

0.035%~0.05%

Sound insulation:

Rw   49dB

Heat transfer performance control:

HB self-insulation block and EPC self-insulation board with different thermal insulation performance are designed and produced according to different types of buildings and different limits of heat transfer coefficient of external walls.

Material control:

In the production of ordinary concrete blocks with fine stone and cement as raw materials, the strength, impermeability, dry shrinkage and other material indicators must meet the limits specified in the relevant standards. The construction mix ratio is determined by the laboratory, the production workshop is strictly implemented, the equipment performance is intact, and the product strength can be well controlled in production. The drying shrinkage of the product can be stabilized between 0.041-0.043 by reasonable control of the fly ash content.

The forming process of concrete block is also a process in which the bulk material is solidified by cement water hardening, which is completed at the end of the curing period. Therefore, the technical requirements for temperature and humidity of cement hydration reaction during curing must be met. Although the use of thermal curing process can shorten the curing cycle so that the strength of the product quickly reaches the design value, but the drying shrinkage can not be quickly because of thermal curing.Done. No matter how the maintenance, must be in accordance with the requirements of the relevant construction technical regulations in 28 days after the block can be used for masonry construction, so as to avoid dry shrinkage and cracking of masonry.
